           Elva Chase, BCCC, is a board-certified Christian counselor passionate about positively impacting individuals’ lives. Born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, she has dedicated herself to addressing domestic violence and homelessness as the founder and president of Precious Hearts Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
 
          In addition to her work in counseling and advocacy, Elva is the owner and publisher of Esquire Publications, a global book publishing firm. Her commitment to promoting well-being extends to her current doctoral studies in clinical psychology in Florida. Elva’s profound interest in narcissism stems from her personal experiences within a marriage, driving her to explore and understand this complex topic.
 
         Through her diverse roles and endeavors, Elva continues contributing to the well-being of individuals and communities.
