Refund Policy

All services rendered by Esquire Publications are provided on a non-refundable basis. This includes, but is not limited to, setup fees, professional services, and package plans. In addition, if your publishing contract and/or title is canceled by Esquire Publications for violation of the contractural agreement, mutual agreement or by Publisher's discretion, all payments made to Esquire Publications become completely non refundable. The author/customer agrees not to charge back or dispute any credit card payments for services rendered. In the event that a author/customer files a charge back or other payment dispute, they will be considered to be in violation and may be subject to collection action and court proceedings.
