This selfless woman of God is also an advocate for her affiliate, (DAHMW) Domestic Abuse Helpline for Men and Women where she is a helpline volunteer and operator. She is also Communications & Public Affairs Director for D.I.V.A.S with Alpha Christian Counseling Services that aid domestic abuse survivors. Elva is also President of her own nonprofit organization, (Precious Hearts Foundation Incorporation), www.preciousheartsfoundation.org an organization that will be an aid to all domestic abuse victims, as well as others that will provide shelter, meals, clothing, and eventually employment.
